Visit by Malaysian PM Anwar Ibrahim - Jan 2023

The Prime Minister of Malaysia, Dato’ Seri Anwar bin Ibrahim, made an official visit to Singapore on 30 January 2023. This was PM Anwar's first official visit to Singapore in his capacity as Prime Minister.

PM Anwar attended a welcome ceremony at the Istana and met PM Lee. The two Prime Ministers witnessed the signing of several bilateral agreements that will promote cooperation in digital economy and green economy, and cyber security.

PM Lee hosted an official lunch in honour of PM Anwar.
