Visit by Ethiopian PM Abiy Ahmed Ali - Jun 2024
Prime Minister of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Dr Abiy Ahmed Ali made his first Official Visit to Singapore, and met Prime Minister and Minister for Finance Lawrence Wong on 5 June 2024.
PM Abiy’s visit coincided with the 55th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations with Ethiopia and Singapore and served to reinforce the friendly relations between the two countries. Both Prime Ministers discussed ways to deepen bilateral cooperations, including in areas such as air connectivity and logistics.
