Visit by DPM Teo Chee Hean to Jakarta, Indonesia, 18 to 20 July 2018

Deputy Prime Minister (DPM) and Coordinating Minister for National Security Teo Chee Hean will make a working visit to Jakarta, Indonesia, from 18 to 20 July 2018. 

During the visit, DPM Teo will meet Vice-President Jusuf Kalla, as well as senior members of the Indonesian government and legislature, including Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs Luhut Pandjaitan, Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs Wiranto, Minister of Industry Airlangga Hartarto, and People’s Consultative Assembly Speaker Zulkifli Hasan. DPM Teo will also meet former President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, as well as other Indonesian political and business leaders.

DPM Teo will be accompanied by Minister of State (National Development) (Manpower) Zaqy Mohamad, Senior Parliamentary Secretary (Foreign Affairs) (Trade and Industry) Tan Wu Meng, Member of Parliament and Government Parliamentary Committee Deputy Chairperson (Defence and Foreign Affairs) Joan Pereira, Member of Parliament and Government Parliamentary Committee Member (Defence and Foreign Affairs) Henry Kwek, and officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
