National Day Rally 2016 (Pre-event press release)

Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong will deliver his National Day Rally 2016 speech on Sunday, 21 August 2016 at the Institute of Technical Education.

PM Lee will speak in Malay, Mandarin and English at the following times:

6.40 pm to 7.30 pm – Malay and Mandarin
8.00 pm to 10.00 pm – English
