Over the past 18 years, Your Highness has worked tirelessly to improve your peoples’ lives, transform the Qatar economy, and promote closer ties with your neighbours and region. The foundations which you laid will enable Qatar to continue prospering and benefit future generations.

Bilateral relations between Qatar and Singapore have improved steadily under your leadership.The Qatar-Singapore High Level Joint Committee reflects our growing and wide-ranging cooperation. I am confident that our partnership will continue to strengthen in the years ahead.
