Dear Prime Minister Medvedev,

                   On behalf of the Government of the Republic of Singapore, I offer my deepest condolences to you, the people of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan on the tragic Tatarstan Airlines crash on 17 November 2013.  I hope the families of the victims will be able to move forward from this tragedy.  Our thoughts are with you and your people during this period of mourning.
