Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) - Apr 2018

PM Lee Hsien Loong attended the biennial Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) in London, United Kingdom from 19 to 20 April 2018. At the meeting, the Commonwealth Heads of Government discussed global and regional issues of concern and review developments in the Commonwealth.

On the sidelines of CHOGM, PM Lee met British PM Theresa May for their first formal bilateral meeting. PM Lee also met with New Zealand PM Jacinda Arden, Antigua and Barbuda PM Gaston Browne, Mauritius PM Pravind Jugnauth, and Bahamas PM Hubert Minnis.

PM Lee also met with the Duke of York, Prince Andrew, and reaffirmed the excellent ties between Singapore and the UK.
