Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong visited Kigali, Rwanda, to attend the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) from 23 to 25 June 2022. PM Lee had bilateral meetings with other Commonwealth leaders on the sidelines of CHOGM. PM Lee remained in Kigali for an official bilateral visit from 26 to 27 June, where he called on Rwanda President Paul Kagame at the Urugwiro Village on 27 June 2022.
