Visit by Indonesian President-elect and Defence Minister Prabowo Subianto - Jun 2024

Indonesia's President-elect and Defence Minister Prabowo Subianto met Prime Minister and Minister for Finance Lawrence Wong on 1 June 2024. President-elect and Defence Minister Prabowo was in Singapore to attend the Shangri-La Dialogue.

President-elect Prabowo and PM Wong had a good catch up during their meeting. PM Wong noted that President-elected Prabowo has contributed tremendously over the past decades to closer ties between Singapore and Indonesia.
